Water aerobics is great exercise especially for those with chronic pain or arthritic joints. The exercise is cardiovascular and has been shown in research published by the Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in 2014 to have numerous benefits, including reduced pain, improved physical function and higher overall quality of life. Students will work with words, images, and/or lines to create their photograms, which are camera-less images. They will create images that combine both forms of objects and the written word. As a special note, this workshop is in time for Valentine's Day and celebrates love and friendship. Snacks provided. No prior darkroom experience necessary. Alcocer, with transport to and from Office Depot

Participants will photograph in the beautiful old world of Alcocer with mountain views, open land, a small town and an old hacienda. Students will photograph, develop their film, and print from negatives in the darkroom. Film, paper, and snacks provided. Additional film and paper available for additional fees.
